I am a beginning meditator and was most pleased with Angela’s instruction. She is very organized, knowledgeable and caring.Her studio has a calming and inviting atmosphere. Angela has me “hooked” on the benefits of meditation in my life!
I attended a beginning meditation class in February and was quite impressed. I found Dr. Nevins to be very knowledgeable and easy to follow and understand. Her studio was very peaceful and comfortable. I will certainly be taking more classes.
I took a 4 week mindfulness course and it was exactly what I needed. I had been meditating for a couple months but was having difficulty grasping the concept of mindfulness meditation. The course answered my questions and really improved my practice. Dr. Nevins makes complicated concepts easy to understand. The location is quiet and comfortable and a perfect place to meditate.
I was able to attend a 4 week Mindfulness and Meditation Class. I felt Dr. Nevins incorporated a good mixture of information, time for questions, and practice into each session. We were given a book and handouts to help with our further practice. The class was also offered at a good time, after children’s activities and dinner. I usually have hard time finding things I’d like to do that can work in our schedule. I highly recommend taking a class here with Dr Nevins!
