Meditation Made Easy - Beginner’s Course

a 3-week course offered on tuesday EVENINGs from 7:00-8:30pm; Oct 22, 29 & Nov 5, 2019.


Do you want to learn how to meditate but don’t know where to start? In this 3-week course, you will be taught simple and effective meditation techniques and learn how to use mindfulness in your daily life to cultivate peace and happiness. Discover the basics of meditation and mindfulness, how to set up your own successful home practice and how to deal with thoughts and other distractions. This group class is 3 weeks of instruction including teachings, tools, techniques, exercises, practices, and discussion.  


Payment is required at the time of registration.  

If you should have to cancel unexpectedly your payment is fully refundable if you cancel in writing via email at least 24 hours before the class. If you cancel in writing less than 24 hours before the class your payment is non-refundable but is transferable within a year to another program. If you cancel without written notice, your full payment will be forfeited.
