Curious about meditation and want to see what it is all about?  This class is perfect for the beginner to learn a few simple and easy meditation techniques.  We will discuss what meditation is, why people meditate, how meditation reduces stress, benefits of meditation, and you will be guided through short meditations and introduced to mindfulness techniques.

• Introduction to body and breath awareness meditation practices
• Leader led meditation practice
• Discussion of experiences in meditation

Attendance and Rates

Drop ins welcome, although participants must arrive on time to join in class.  All experience levels are invited and participants must be 13 years old or older to attend.
