Book Club and Meditation featuring The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

In The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needles suffering. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, The Four Agreements offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love. In this book club, we will read The Four Agreements and discuss each agreement, be guided in a meditation that focuses on the wisdom of the agreement then apply that agreement and practice the meditation throughout the week and discuss our experiences.
ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS ARE INVITED AND PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 16 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO ATTEND. No prior meditation experience is required.
Prior to Week 1 - Order/obtain a copy of The Four Agreements by don Miguel Ruiz and read Chapter 1
Week 1 - Discuss chapter 1 & be guided through a meditation
Week 2 - Discuss previous week’s experience with Agreement in Chapter 1, Discuss Chapter 2 & be guided through a meditation
Week 3 - Discuss previous week’s experience with Agreement in Chapter 2, Discuss Chapter 3 & be guided through a meditation
Week 4 - Discuss previous week’s experience with Agreement in Chapter 3, Discuss Chapter 4 & be guided through a meditation

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is required at the time of registration.
If you should have to cancel unexpectedly your payment is fully refundable if you cancel in writing via email at least 24 hours before the first class. If you cancel in writing less than 24 hours before the class your payment is non-refundable but is transferable within a year to another program. If you cancel without written notice, your full payment will be forfeited.
